Reservation Policy

For each reservation, we need the number of Visa credit card with expiration date and name of the cardholder or send us a check or money order in the name of Genevieve Lévesque or Michel McDuff for the total amount of the stay, otherwise the reservation will not be valid.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 10 days or more previous to the date of the established arriva :	no charge
If you cancel 9 to 14 days previous to the date of the established arrival:	a 50 % fee of your reservation will be charged
If you cancel 3 days or less previous to the date of the established arrival:	the total of the reservation will be charged
In the circumstance of late arrival or precipited departure:	no reimbursment

Your room will be ready at 2 P.M. and must be vacant by 11 A.M. the day of your departure.
